Children's Ministry

Imagine a Children’s Ministry where children are valued, loved, and taught the Bible in a creative and relevant manner. Imagine children in a safe, nurturing environment where they are intentionally taught the truths of God by trained and loving adult leaders. Imagine children excited about coming to church and becoming more like Jesus!

Welcome to New Hope Children’s Ministry where we strive for excellence as we minister to children and their families. Building a Biblical worldview in the lives of children is part of our DNA and we are passionate about developing future leaders and investing our lives in the lives of children.

Your first visit...

Here's what to expect when visiting New Hope for the first time.

First, find the children's desk. There we will meet your family, check your child into the system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

  1. Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask you for the following personal information. (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone.)
    1. Parent/guardian name(s)
  2. 2. Child's name
  3. 3. Child's birthdate
  4. 4. Home address
  5. 5. Phone number
  6. 6. Any special instructions (allergies, special needs)

How check-in works

Before Service- You can check-in your child at the children's desk. You will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold onto the matching tag.

After Service- After the service is complete, you will return to your child's room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

Meet our Children's/Discipleship Minister

After a thoughtful and thorough search by our search committee, Brother Wayne and his sweet family were called to serve at New Hope in November of 2019. We can't wait to see what God has in store for the Pratts, our congregation, and the church body as a whole.
